Return Policy

Product may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase such as cash receipt or invoice with the exception of perishable products such as sod, livestock, plants, ect. Original form of payment will be refunded. In situations where proof of purchase is not present, store credit may be granted subject to managerial discretion and approval. Returns must be made in our records under the name of the purchasing customer.

Power Equipment

All motor-powered equipment is non-refundable. Power equipment parts must be checked by the service department manager upon return. Product should be unopened and in original packaging. Select parts may have a 15% restocking fee on the return. There are no returns on all electrical or rubber parts. Deposits on special order parts are non-refundable.

Nursery

All plant returns must be approved by a nursery manager and in healthy condition. Value of the plant will be placed at the discretion of the manager. There are no returns on annuals and perennials. It is the responsibility of the customer to fully evaluate all plants at time of purchase for satisfactory condition.

Delivery

Bulk product such as mulch and top soil that is dumped out of the delivery truck is non-returnable. Large quantities of product may be subject to a manager-determined restocking fee, as well as additional fuel and labor charges if we must return to the delivery location after leaving during the initial shipment.

Livestock

There are no returns on livestock. We will accept roosters, chickens (subject to age), and rabbits as donations to be mixed in with our animals, or put up for resale if they are in good health. All livestock purchases must be made under the name of the purchasing customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check that chicks, game birds, and ducks are healthy before leaving our physical storefront.

Ordering Livestock

Pullet chicks purchased are sexed to be hens with a 85-90% accuracy rate. We cannot guarantee them all to be hens. There is no refund on roosters that were sexed as hens. Sex cannot be guaranteed on rabbits nor bunnies.

Ordering Online

When ordering online, confirmation of orders will be received through e-mail. Payment for livestock is always taken in-store at time of pickup. Livestock will be reserved for orders until the following Monday after shipment.

Payment

We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and checks subject to the discretion of the cashier with a valid form of ID. We do not take payment over the phone or online for in-store pick ups. All purchases must be paid in full at time of pick up.
